Demolition

Depending on the nature of your remodeling project, you may require demolition services. This can include wall removal for open concept spaces, as well as demolition of kitchen cabinets, flooring, decks and patios, carports, sheds and more. With any type of demo project, our professional crew will make sure the work is done with utmost respect for your property.

Our Process

Consultation & Estimate

During the initial in-home consultation, we find out about your demolition needs and assess the scale of the project. If your demolition requires structural changes, we will proceed to step 2. For simpler projects such as removing old flooring or cabinetry, we will provide you with an estimate and continue to step 3.

Architectural Plan & Permit

A licensed architect is invited to evaluate your home, including identification of any weight bearing walls. The architect will assess the feasibility of your changes and make alternative recommendations if necessary. Using the resulting architectural plan, we will apply for a demolition permit.

Demolition

If no permit is required (or once the permit is granted), we proceed with the demolition. Although demolition is by definition a messy undertaking, we will make sure to leave everything neat and clean once the job is completed. Our services include debris removal and hauling.
